This course is designed to be the continuation of my previous course, Basic Cooking, where we covered the fundamental cooking techniques that I believe everyone should know (knife selection and maintenance, cutting techniques, sautés, stocks, sauces, stews, searing, frying, roasting, etc.). This course, the Master in Cooking, builds on and deepens that knowledge. I recommend that anyone who isn't yet confident with the basic techniques start with the first course before moving on to this one.
